Hop tu Naa lightning talks coming to Code Club!

This Hop tu Naa, we’re swapping spooky stories for bright ideas as Google Developer Group (GDG) Douglas returns to Code Club for an evening of lightning talks on Tuesday 27 October.

The event will bring together local developers, technology enthusiasts and curious minds for a series of fast-paced, 10-minute talks covering a variety of topics. Each talk will be followed by an opportunity to ask questions, share perspectives and explore new ideas.

Lightning talks are all about keeping things short, engaging and accessible. Whether you’re an experienced developer, just starting your technology journey or simply interested in what others are working on, there’s something to discover.

Fancy taking the stage yourself? The organisers are still looking for speakers, so if you’ve got an interesting project, a technical insight or an idea worth sharing, this could be your opportunity. No hour-long presentation required – just 10 minutes to inspire an audience!

The event is free to attend and offers a great opportunity to meet others from the Isle of Man’s growing technology community.
