It’s a bright New Year here at Code Club. We all hope you had a great holiday and are looking forward to learning more about gadgets, coding and all things tech this year. We had lots of fun last year, with Code Club seeing lots of new faces, getting new robots, drones and VR headsets, creating loads of 3D models and many many coding classes. Our hope is that we can do more this year, so we look forward to what changes this year brings.
We’ll be opening up this Saturday but we don’t have any classes scheduled. Instead we’ll use the time to do a bit of tidying up, making sure our machines are patched and rebuilding anything that needs attention. Any help would be appreciated, especially as this will help shape what we do during the year. Also, if you have any new bits of technology which you purchased or received this Xmas, keep in mind that we have a number of enthusiasts who can help you make the best of these gadgets, so bring them along and show us what you got 🙂
We’ll be starting our classes again next week ( 14th January) with HTML/CSS at 4:00pm and Scratch at 5:00pm. The Scratch class is full, but there are still spaces on the HTML class, so drop me a line at email@example.com if you want to join us. The Linux group will be up and running too, and so will be the Code Bus and our 3D room. Should be fun!
