Of Fireworks and Arduinos

It turns out that this Saturday is World Arduino Day 2014 and we’ll be celebrating this at Code Club with a hackerspace dedicated to Arduino. Dan, one of our resident geeks will be bringing two Arduinos along and will be taking them through their paces, talking about what they can be used for and letting people play. If you have any Arduino projects of your own, please bring them along (or bring along a photo if they are unavailable) so we can all share things we’ve learnt about them.

Code Club Lessons will continue upstairs with the 3rd instalment of “Beginner Scratch”. We’re working on a project called Fireworks this week. Turn out early if you want a good seat, we had 17 students in the first class last week and 22 in the second, so a fantastic success by all counts!

See you tomorrow!
